The Department of Contracts and Tenders provides the following activities

  • whole preparation and organization of tenders, market research and proceedings of tenders according to the Act. No. 137/2006 Coll. even on the basis of external orders
  • preparation and negotiation of all contractual relations of the company
  • the lessor activity with the property of company
  • preparation and negotiation of contract of lease and loan agreements relating to communication property in the possession of the statutory City of Brno (plots, rails, subways, bridge constructions,...)
